Hockey game 1 of the season and I got an assist & several shots on net. So much fun but jeez I wish I had a solution to the rats nest I get in the nape of my neck from helmet + neck guard Velcro. Long hair problems.

Go bus driver is a secret stunt driver. Swerved lanes today, avoiding a scary collision with a car that suddenly slowed in heavy traffic. Scary but driver was completely in control the whole time.

In the most unusual case, I’m back at the airport for another trip. I rarely travel, let alone B2B trips. With a hectic Thanksgiving weekend between, no less.
Anyways, off to conference #2 in Brazil. So lucky to be going back to Florianopolis.

Conferences are so hard when you have dietary restrictions or allergies. Tight schedules & buffets or food courts where it’s hard to tell what is safe. I’ve had to bring my own food or survive on safe energy bars. Not CEW Victoria. They had plates for me at each meal & it was tasty. So grateful.

Meal prep for this week included planning for the week after when I’m away and spouse has just a couple for days before overlapping trip. Both home just in time for long weekend & I don’t want a bunch of expired stuff in my fridge while I am trying to prep last minute for Thanksgiving.
