Yesterday during our staff twilight, our incredible team hosted a cake sale featuring a spread of delicious homemade treats, all in support of Children in Need. We’re delighted to share that £225 was raised! A huge thank you to everyone who baked, bought, and donated.

Three of our students recently represented WHGS in the Manchester Schools Cross Country finals. Two finished in the top 10 runners and have been selected to represent Manchester in the Greater Manchester event in January! Congratulations to them!

To round off our month-long Black History Month celebrations, our students were treated to a morning filled with rhythm and culture! Our Primary students were greeted with lively samba drumming on arrival, while our Secondary and Sixth Form students enjoyed an interactive Arabic drumming session.
