Indian Creek is arguably the best crack climbing in the world.
The cracks are so splitter that you have to get a group of friends together to pool climbing gear because most people don't have a full rack of the same piece.

I'm usually pretty good about giving wildlife their distance, but this guy decided he needed to come say hi up close and personal.

You can't climb on sandstone for 24-48 hours or more after rainfall. 🌦 For that reason, most of my trips to Arches and Canyonlands have been during storms. It's a great way to avoid the crowds and have the place to yourself! Usually, there's a line of people for this shot.

When I first started camping, I slept on an egg crate sleeping pad. I thought getting a blow-up sleeping pad was a huge upgrade. Driving to beautiful places like this with a full mattress and a rooftop tent feels like cheating, and I love it!

I can't believe it's already been 6 years since the first time I went snowshoeing! This was from our Yellowstone trip when we were stomping around Lamar Valley. BTW snowshoeing is vastly superior to post-holing for anyone wondering.
