Bluebirds in the woods! It’s funny how I don’t see them in the summer when they are “common” for my area and then in winter, when Bluebirds are “rare”, I see them all the time! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Mixed up birdwatcher 🙃

Cold sunny day at Presque Isle State Park and I got to see a few Bald Eagles! This eagle caught a fish. I had no idea he was holding a fish until I got home downloaded my pics 🤷🏻‍♀️🦅🐟

Bluesky!?! Mostly rainy and cold here with a splash of red from the Red-bellied Woodpecker! His belly is showing those red feathers - why he is named what he is named lol. I get to see this bird throughout the day and he will stay all winter.

Windy, cold and rainy and a rare visit from Ms Fox Squirrel! Usually she stays more hidden in the woods while Mr Fox Squirrel is the adventurous one. Her fur looks warm and I love that fluffy tail blowing in the wind. I think she found a hickory nut. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #wildlifephotography #squirrel #nature
