Pictish Boar is a blended Scotch from independent bottler, Fib Whisky. It’s a combination of two casks, a 15-year-old Strathclyde grain finished in Banyuls and a 15-year-old Ardmore finished in Mourvèdre red wine casks. Full review on A Scot on Scotch.

Earlier this week, Glasgow Distillery marked the 10th anniversary of the filling of its first cask.

This seems a good opportunity to look back at the early releases, specifically Release No 1 of their original, peated and triple distilled single malts.
