Today the psychiatrist kept repeating that depression is a disease and a handicap. And im not sure if thats helpful or not. I mean he acknowledges i struggle with it which is nice. But when it comes to me signing up for snap and GR its like -lol youre not sick, youre too young to be sick-

As long as these ICE raids keep happening, I will never feel safe. I cant even feel safe in the comfort of my bed because WHAT IF another drunk driver decides to crash their car right outside. Small victories are just lost in this anxiety filled head.

I think starting in January, im going to start working on ribcage tops. I quickly ran out of white and bone colored ones and had many neon colors left over. Maybe 1 a week? 2 a week? I shall see.
