These are cool little details. This 3rd eyelid, also known as a nictitating membrane, is a feature observed in various vertebrates on our own planet and is used to keep the eyes moist without blocking vision. #StarWars #Biology
The Trandoshans in Mando S3 have 2 sets of eyelids. Horizonal and vertical eyelids added with VFX to the practical mask, reminds me of Fifth Brother. Wish they'd given LA Cad the CG eyelid treatment, but they wanted to keep him essentially all-practical.

Always cool to see obscure #StarWars aliens get some love. These particular red-furred starfish-shaped beings only ever appeared in Twin Stars of Kira (1993), although they were also namedropped in Stories of Jedi and Sith (2022).
