If you need to speak to someone for non- urgent health advice when we are closed, you can contact NHS111 either by phoning 111 or you can reach them via 111.nhs.uk

Our opening times for Christmas and new year. We are closed Wed 25th Dec, Thu 26th Dec, Sat 28th Dec, Sun 29th Dec and Wed 1st Jan. All other days we are open 8am-6pm.

The Government gives this practice just £107.57 a year for each patient, whatever their health needs. That's less than the cost of a TV licence. That means we are only given 30p a day for every patient registered with us - less than the cost of an apple.

In the last 5 years GP Practices have lost funding worth over £660million Patients should be able to call us, send an email or walk in to make an appointment and get the care that they need. But our contract makes it too complicated. GPs and their teams are exhausted and are losing morale. No matter how many hours we work, we still can't see all the patients that need our care. If General Practice received a fairer share of NHS funding we could train and hire more GPs, deliver the services yo require, make it easier to get the appointments you need.

Fresh off the press are our activity figures for November. These do not show everything that happens, but they do give an idea of the work that goes into the daily operation of our GP Practice.
Activity data for November. 7008 calls handled by non-clinical staff, 1810 telephone consultations, 4604 face to face appointments, 79 home visits, 5400 prescriptions issued, 659 e-consult (online) requests dealt with, 163 patients did not attend their appointment (equivalent to 3.5 days of clinical time), 942 cancelled appointments, 157 fit notes issued, and 409 patient referrals made.
