My adult child’s hair is almost this long. They are not fully cheeked up yet. 😂 Me, grow my hair to my bra strap, gets overwhelmed with hair everywhere (especially the shedding) and immediately chops it to a French bob. Your hair is beautiful!

I find the music / vibration helps disconnect my brain from my body…in a good way. It distracts my normal BS my body does that keeps me awake.

I highly recommend Tibetan bowl sounds (YouTube, Spotify etc) or singing crystal balls. It really helps me fall asleep when I am having a tough time.

I just learned about an interesting event. In 1980, the Hunt bros, attempted to corner the silver market by buying massive amounts of silver, which inflated prices to nearly $50 per oz. However, their strategy collapsed, leading to a dramatic drop in silver prices and significant financial losses.

I can’t explain it…but while nursing my morning coffee I I keep having this overwhelming sense of lightness, happiness, peace coming over me. I haven’t felt this in a long time. I really hope that means good news is coming.
