Home from running errands… family drama continues. We have rats in the attic… exterminator comes tomorrow. And I had to take my car into the shop… the engine light is on and I don’t know why… just had it serviced.

Having a rough day… some serious drama vis-a-vis my brother. Not going to share much but I’m worried beyond measure for/about him. It doesn’t seem real and I’m in a catch 22 as what to do. Can’t enable him… can’t abandon him!

I think I passed one stone early this morning, but still have some aching in the right side front and back. So probably at least one more small stone.

Well, I was able to stand on my feet all morning without doubling over in pain… and I had planned on making gumbo! So, success! Can’t wait for dinner now.

In between bouts of severe pain… woke up around 4 am with severe pain in my groin, right side stomach, and right side lower back…
Yep I’ve got another kidney stone. 3rd one in the last 2 years but definitely the worst! It had been 10 years since the previous one.

Spent the last couple days putting in a new brick walkway for the bestie. He had half the brick already and Home Depot had the brick in stock 2 months ago. But when we went to get the rest of what we needed yesterday they no longer carry it. So we pivoted. Frustrated but still came out ok.

Spent the last couple days putting in a new brick walkway for the bestie. He had half the brick already and Home Depot had the brick in stock 2 months ago. But when we went to get the rest of what we needed yesterday they no longer carry it. So we pivoted. Frustrated but still came out ok.
While working on my hubby’s office upgrade, I had to run up and down the stairs about 50 times…. I noticed the wear in the stairs carpet is very distinctly alternating right and left.
Apparently we both tread the stairs in the exact same pattern!
Oh well… new flooring in the spring!
