So as a follow-up to my post a week ago, nothing has really improved all that much. I'm strung out and stressed daily, and my sister's lack of consideration for others and lack of responsibility is ever more apparent each day she lives here. I hope to fuck I can get my anxiety meds dosage up.

I tend to avoid airing my woes on this site, but my life has basically fallen apart entirely. My sister has moved back in with both her kids as her fiance is a lunatic. My mother is in the hospital with a brain infection. I'm one fuck-up away from being fired at my job. Mentally, I'm gone.
