Money Trees is the perfect place for shade
No longer have to compete with the Trent Alexander-Arnold club in title races, it is a good life
March 25, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Palmer is closer to KDB than Wirtz is but I suppose we won't swallow our pride
March 21, 2025 at 3:49 PM
Gracie Prior seems to be built like Laporte, interesting
March 19, 2025 at 11:10 PM
Vivianne Miedema actually plays for my club 😭😭

Cannot believe the quality of depth we have, lol; especially in attack
March 19, 2025 at 10:10 PM
You have no idea how jealous I am that Chelsea signed Geovany Quenda

He was the one, man

Well, who's next up?
March 17, 2025 at 4:59 PM
People will tell you that Lewis-Skelly is aggressive and reckless but won't point to anything much beyond a rescinded red card and bringing down Kudus to prevent a 2-0 deficit

I wonder if it is something deeper influencing people to make these claims?
March 6, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Never understood terms like "male brained" or "female brained"

I'm aware personality archetypes exist but I think a group of four billion people will have significant differences amongst themselves
March 6, 2025 at 7:49 PM
Dean Huijsen is 6'6? Might have to scout him in more detail soon.
March 6, 2025 at 7:34 PM
Is Darwin Núñez leaving Liverpool?

Can't say I'd blame him, one of the best CFs in England and it feels like Luis Díaz is preferred for leading the line...
March 6, 2025 at 7:20 PM
We went into this season with 5 incredible carriers and we might go into next season with 2

Grealish and Nunes could leave. KDB, even if he stays, no longer has the athleticism.

Gvardiol and Foden the remaining two. Even then, Phil's carrying is not impossible, we need someone who's impossible.
March 6, 2025 at 5:04 PM
Part of why I say to trust in talent and not form is because believing the latter leads you to say "Raphinha > Salah" and "Szczęsny > Alisson"

Only a few weeks ago you had people claiming Isak is better than Haaland
March 6, 2025 at 3:54 PM
PSG need more power in their team, all that fluidity and technical play is a great base but they would benefit greatly from physicality in both boxes

A strong penalty area presence and maybe we're looking at how PSG can retain the lead at Anfield
March 5, 2025 at 11:14 PM
Great players sometimes do things you just cannot believe

Lionel Messi did that just about every week and he is the greatest of all time. Alisson has just done it tonight and is quite possibly the single best GK of all time.
March 5, 2025 at 10:43 PM
That Alisson performance is why people say to trust in talent and not form

Naturally, one of the best GKs ever will drop an all-time masterclass in goalkeeping on the grand stage...
March 5, 2025 at 10:31 PM
I cannot decide who is the superior talent between Vitor Reis and Abdukodir Khusanov, these are good times we live in
March 5, 2025 at 9:01 PM
People misunderstand the contribution of out-of-possession ability to 'completeness' of a player

It's considered a 50/50 split with in-possession ability but there are so many more attributes necessary to be great in the latter

How complicated is it helping your defence from forward areas?
March 5, 2025 at 7:46 PM
Ballstriking can be such an invaluable asset at the elite level

Julián Alvarez can spend 99% of the match chasing his first touch or misplacing passes and spend the other 1% celebrating his goal from 25 yards
March 4, 2025 at 10:48 PM
Atlético's squad is just not that good, I'm disappointed with their recent recruitment; that includes selling Samu for the Argentine up top

Simeone has taken this team to their ceiling
March 4, 2025 at 10:09 PM
For the record, De Bruyne should never be disrespected either

He is one of the best midfielders to ever grace the game, far more complete than some of the common favourites
March 3, 2025 at 9:24 PM
Stop with this De Bruyne v Salah rivalry, let's not disrespect an all-timer of the sport just because the Belgian is slightly better
March 3, 2025 at 9:08 PM
Versatility is an underrated attribute

You can mask limitations through systems but ultimately that player will not be as valuable as someone else who does not require the same treatment, even if the former mentioned performs 'better'
March 2, 2025 at 9:08 PM
Rico Lewis' defensive flaws would be more impactful in midfield than in the defensive line

The former is a worse position to concede possession, more space and angles to attack
March 2, 2025 at 8:08 PM
Reviewing my priorities for defenders, if Nathan Aké can be one of the world's best without a very broad upper body then there are more important things to search for
March 2, 2025 at 1:05 PM
What you can do on the pitch is determined by your athletic level

What you will do on the pitch is determined by your personality

This is why athletic and mental profiling are the two most important pillars of recruitment
March 1, 2025 at 3:08 PM
You can teach yourself how to pass well and keep the ball under pressure and you can improve your own personality

You can't really artificially change your body for wider shoulders or longer legs

This is part of why athleticism is the most important of the three branches
