Our Astronomy project with Kielder Observatory culminated in a trip up to Kielder! We managed to see lots of stars, Neptune and Saturn and its rings! We have had so much fun over the last 5 weeks and learnt lots about the universe !

We had another fantastic visit to Mitford Church this summer! Starting with a delicious lunch next we explored the church, took a walk and, of course, played cricket! Thank you so much to everyone in the Mitford Church community for making us feel so welcome!

It is Newcastle United's first match of the season today. Last weekend we took a group of people to watch their first match at St James Park. It was an amazing night experiencing the electric atmosphere and cheering on the lads! #howaythelads #toonarmy

Infuriating that the hostile environment doesn't appear to be being dismantled.

On Wednesday 22nd January, we were delighted to welcome Northumbria PCC, Susan Dungworth, to our Weekly Welcome event. She was one of the first regional leaders to strongly condemn the riots this summer, setting a clear example that racism and xenophobia have no place in our society.
