A gem from the April 1907 edition of the Oxford Wesleyan Circuit Magazine: On Good Friday morning the (Tackley) Sunday School children each received a bun. This has been the custom for many years past.

Probably #otd 1940 in the grip of a terrible ice storm that turned pavements into skating rinks our correspondent sent this interesting postcard of Wesley Memorial #Oxford to Polly Bayliss sending her apologies that she could not attend the women’s meeting at Rose Hill #Methodist Church.
