A mayor who refuses to recognize Pride Month doesn’t represent all of Great Falls — he represents comfort over courage. Cory Reeves can’t claim to serve the whole city while erasing part of it. Leadership means showing up for everyone, even when it costs you something.

A dragged-out shutdown and now tariff-fueled price hikes—Trump managed to turn Christmas into collateral damage. While he blames everyone else, it’s working families paying more for gifts, food, and hope.

I don’t reject religion to be cruel — I reject it because humanity has outgrown fear and fairy tales. We don’t need gods to be good or ancient books to define morality. It’s time we choose reason, empathy, and responsibility over superstition. Christianity is about blind faith over honest inquiry.

ICE is targeting people who are legally authorized to live here. They work, raise families, and follow the law — yet are being detained without cause. That’s not right or just. It is tearing families apart and creating further despair for everyone.
