More blaming the opposition for being the opposition, why on Earth would Plaid want to involve themselves in a process that will inevitably lead to cuts?

Local Govt taxation has long been an issue, it is a political problem that local taxes are far too high, as they have been used to transfer tax liability to local Govt, thus avoiding the blame and increasing the relative burden on poor PPL. 1991 values? just skews the load further on to poor PPL
