just had to relisten to “a place with no name” which, to me, is the most polished among xscape tracks. it even has a music video with a surprising amount of michael jackson in 2014 (the normal amount is supposed to be ‘none’ for obvious reasons).
listening to one of the posthumous michael jackson albums. starting to gather an inkling why these are left in the cutting room floor. there is NO way they made “slave to the rhythm” a single at the same level as “love never felt so good”, and that’s quite a low bar to reach.

Called and spoke with Adobe customer support and the guy told me Adobe is discontinuing Animate because apparently the company can't think of any new features to add to the program and they feel it's gotten stale.

I grew up to a time when Adobe Flash was king. More than half of the websites I visit used it for interactivity, and much more animators make short films with it. I accepted when it was no longer secure to use it as medium for websites in the 2010s, but what about the animators? Where will they go?
