Thatcher despised the welfare state. If you worked hard, you wouldn't need benefits or council houses. She was utterly without compassion for those who fell by the wayside. Poverty and homelessness are not lifestyle choices, they are the result of the rich never being satisfied with what they have.

As of last evening per LBC we don’t appear to have heard a peep from the Democrats on the narcissistic 47th president’s egregious initiatives incl shutting down US Aid. They should remember that evil prospers when good men do nothing
