I did have to laugh when Hegseth commented on position of medals on Kelly's old uniform. A little envy perhaps since he only has minor infantry participatory medals and never led any unit or program (even in his civilian life).

Don't be looking for any new vaccines approved in the US for the next few years. We were at the cusp of several new vaccines The FDA indicated it only review programs that meet new requirements that have not been validated: evidence that the vaccine does not affect other vaccines effectiveness.

How can we actually send a real estate agent, Witkoff, who has no foreign diplomat experience or and has helped Russians make real estate deals in NYC be negotiator for the US after that audio recording of how to deal with the insecure immature Trump. We really have become a international pariah.

I have little sympathy for heathcare insurance companies and their outsized profits, they at least manage risk and costs in ways that keep the system functional. In truth, our Obama healthcare model isn’t as far from countries like Switzerland or France as some might think

I’m disappointed in the eight Democrats who sided with Republicans on this vote. must keep pressing the GOP to support affordable healthcare for all citizens. A plan that hands out $2,000 sounds good but it would add billions to the national debt with no guarantee the money would go to healthcare.

I love the statements the Nobel Committee wrote in supporting Maria Corina Machado for her well deserved pride: Democracy is a precondition for lasting peace. However we live in a world where democracy is in retreat, where authoritarian regimes are challenging norms and resorting to violence.
