WDVA’s Suicide Prevention Team supported VFW partners at the Mid-Winter Conference in Tacoma, sharing resources on the Tobacco Cessation Program, Veteran wellness, safety, & the 988 Crisis Line. Data shows Veterans use tobacco at higher rates & quitting can improve mental health.
