Did you know? In NY, being voluntarily drunk can mean your sexual assault isn’t legally recognized. Demand accountability.

LGBTQ+ youth deserve to be protected!

Advocacy isn't a movement based on convenience.

It is about standing up when others back down. It is about lifting the voices of those who are unable to do so.

LGBTQ+ youth are two times more likely to be sex trafficked. Yet, they were easily written off.

I believe we should not relinquish the public forums. About 20% of adults get their news exclusively from Instagram; 33% Facebook; 23% on X.
No GOP Members of Congress should be able to post w/o dissent. & Dems need to know what we want.

New York law BLAMES victims instead of protecting them. This needs to change!

→ Survivors are denied justice.
→ Predators exploit this outdated law.
→ NY communities are at risk.

Pass Assembly Bill A101 & Senate Bill S54

Did you know that in NY it is legal to s**ually assault someone who was willingly drunk?

This statement may seem extreme. But it’s true.

New York laws specify “involuntary intoxication,” which excludes “voluntary intoxication.”

Victims Deserve Justice!

The Trump admin is working to roll back our hard-won reproductive rights—but NY won’t back down. Today we passed bills to protect providers’ privacy (A2145) & safeguard health data (A2141). I urge the legislature to pass my bill (A2137) on abortion funding & practical needs.

We will not go back!

New York law fails to protect survivors of sexual violence due to a dangerous loophole known as the Voluntary Intoxication Exclusion.

This gap in the law enables perpetrators to avoid accountability and escape justice based on how a victim became intoxicated

Join the fight to pass A101/S54!

NY, lets get rid of the outdated and harmful exclusion.

Its time (after several years) we get this passed.

Intoxication is NOT Consent!

Lose the Exclusion (aka loophole).

Pass NY A101/S54
