Likely working from home tomorrow. I prefer being in the office, but not worth risking it in bad weather. We may not get much snow tomorrow but any kind of coating on the roads right now can be bad for driving.

I would rather an honest discussion on where we can improve rather than constant fluff posts.
Lot of folks think I'm going one of these lefty rah-rah cheerleaders who only posts about how bad Trump is and how awesome we are. I'm a former Army officer. We were trained to look critically at our work and analyze what worked and what didn't. You don't lose in a vacuum. I'm not your loyal lapdog.
