i fixed it and it was a mistake on my part, not steam. I accidentally installed the wrong package and when i needed to get legacy drivers for gtx 10xx series i couldnt uninstall the 32 bit package that was installed for steam

Since steam support for 32 bit on windows is gone, why is it still supported (and only thing supported) for linux? I literally cant use my pc because i cant uninstall the 32 bit drivers

Haven't really made anything in a while and doing something as simple, fast and mundane as a weird background sometimes helps me
