My olfaction is almost completely restored and I’ve been spending some time with Shalimar l’Essence. In comparison to when I first tried it in December, I now can feel more bergamot and an animalic nuance in the opening, but I still think it’s too demure.

Caught a bad cold and, even though the symptoms mostly subsided, it’s been almost three days that I can’t barely taste or smell anything. It’s upsetting not smelling the good things, but I’m also missing the bad smells. How am I supposed to know that the milk isn’t spoiled.
