I think I've needed to scream for a second there. My dad still can't speak and I still don't know how to deal with that. The most talkative guy I knew.
But he's doing better. He can walk and should regain all his walking capacities. The affected hand is also improving.

I've not had a chance to catch everyone up on my progress. So I'll spend time posting videos on "where I am mentally". Because I'm still trying to gather my words - I lost them for a bit there.

I've had this amazing idea of splitting my content between Twitter and Bluesky - I continue with my ND content here. It doesn't feel appropriate the other side because of the Kenyan government.
