A reminder that textiles, small electrical items and household batteries should be placed in a separate sealed bag for collection NEXT to your blue-lidded recycling bin, grey waste bin or green garden waste bin.

Solar panels have been installed at St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre, with more panels planned to be installed following essential roof repairs.

Once all the panels have been installed, the total predicted carbon savings are 21 tonnes per year, with an annual energy bill saving of £21,000 per year.

We are seeking a new electric vehicle charging point operator for our off-street car parks.

The existing EV charging infrastructure in our car parks will be phased out in readiness for the start of the new operating contract.
