The issue I have with Hangman dropping the belt now isn’t even necessarily the length, it’s that the build to the moment of him dropping it was flat.
The build to this main event last night felt like a classic throwaway B show PPV build, just a bridge to get us to what’s next. 🤼

#AEWFullGear was a solid show with some questionable booking. Mostly the finish of Hangman and Joe, I'm not mad or sad Hangman lost the belt. I just question why did we needed this HOOK swerve to get there. Yeah HOOK might be better as a heel but I'm kinda eh on how we got to the finish line.

This title reign was 3 years in the making…. Idk man. I don’t think the belt is needed in a Swerve/Joe feud.
