So much damn bread this weekend- I blame the nü regime for all the extra dishes I’m doing lately.
Sourdough sandwich loaf c/o @kingarthurbaking.bsky.social used part sg rye flour to add some jazz hands. Used the #breville oven, note to self rotate from vert to horiz. I got some tan lines
