The Southern African grain supplies for 2025 are solid. SOUTH AFRICA, which accounts for roughly half of the region's grain supplies, is a major contributor to the recovery, along with Zambia and Mozambique.

It has been pretty difficult to get a sense of the U.S. grains and oilseed crop conditions since the government shutdown. People in the grain markets are generally unsure of crop conditions through the harvest, which should be mostly complete by now.
