It's official - @torideer.bsky.social has accepted a contract to do art of the playable characters in Wanderlust starting in August!
They aim to do a few characters every month, and I'll be releasing their art along with character backstory, information, stats and abilities on a PDF for each lad.

The small niche tasks like figuring out the iconography of this elaborate stat / attribute system was a bit of a challenge I actually enjoyed here.

The 25 warband characters are being finalized over the next month or two - excited to start a few contracts to get some artwork and references for them all.
Also intending to release lore and backstory with each of those references - most likely in a PDF format some point.

When I was in my teens, I used to make an entire magic system with 360+ unique spells, ordered in magic schools and categories, and it boggles my mind that I basically reinvented DnD mechanics, even down to metamagic.

Apologies for the abrupt and lengthy silence - recent events in the last month brought some necessary character removals to the roster, along with a chaotic and problematic work schedule.
Needless to say, I need to replace some friend cameos with characters of my own making.
