Why isn't Chicago with our grid system the primary training ground for autonomous driving? Genuinely asking. It seems ideal for testing real world pedestrian and intersection behavior, with less concern about terrain. Insufficient charger infrastructure or is it simply too easy?

I’ve long said techbros have a type of delusional ego paired with private wealth we haven’t seen since like ‘80s Wall Street, ‘50s Ad men, ‘20s bootleggers, and like 1890s robber barons, but taking on the President in such a public fashion could be a whole new level of grandeur…

Hope to meet the guy who not only thought to leave a little gap between the car seat and center console big enough for everything important to fall in yet too small for your hand to fit, but also convince all other designers to do it, too. Must be one charming son of a bitch…

This project is still one of the coolest projects I’ve ever heard about and I hope they only continue to get better and better at what they’re trying to achieve.
