The best decision that I made, as far as the current presidential administration is concerned, is to not consume every piece of information that comes out. I stay in the know but not enough to let it run my pressure up. Lol my mental well being will always come first.

When I was in school, I had a teacher that told one of my classmates that he was “a lost ball in tall weeds”. I often think of that when dealing with people of today.
