Having recently had influenza A, I made this. It helped so much! I cut up oranges, lemons, jalapeño, onion, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric & black pepper to a pot, added a couple liters of fresh water & brought it to a boil. Strain & sup on the warm broth. Fixes you right up!

Today, I’m retiring my favorite quilt gifted to me for my birthday ten years ago. It’s worn, tattered & the fabric is thinning. I must have washed it hundreds of times. It seems timely. Learning how to let go.
