I've managed to condense the Autobots into 5 shelves thus far, I think the 4 truck bros plus hoist and trail breaker will fill out the 6th row and then it will be MOTU down to the floor. Strongly considering selling the Junkions.

AHOD is strongest in its first act, where Bigelow extracts some good performances from her cast while ratcheting up the tension. By the time act 3 guides you through the same story, from a slightly different angle, the tension and terror is diminished, replaced by futility. Maybe that's the point.
