Originally, I named Nex's Lament for all that she regretted being unable to do or save. After a while Lament began to flesh out into her own character, even going so far as to help save Nex atop Mt. Gulg. Now though she is an entirely different entity with her own soul named Oezys.

Before the end of 1.0 Nex was under the tutelage of Ser Vaindreau de Rouchemande and was potentially going to join the Heavens' Ward. She ended up becoming a Sultansworn after ending up at Carteneau and by the time she officially joined the Scions and WoL she was rather experienced.

Nex used to be shipped with G'Raha, but eventually she fell out of love. He's barely what I'd consider a friend, but Nex also spent thirty years inside the dome so... reconnecting those old connections won't be quick or easy.

As far back into her creation puts it in Stormblood. That first pic has survived three computers now and is before I ever tried to mod. Compared to now with what she looks like and she went through a LOT of changes.

A dragon. Nex jammed her blade into it to deliver the killing blow. It was war and they were the enemy, she felt happy to do it at that. Zeal and rhetoric will do a lot and warp your outlook. It's changed since, and Nex will say she regrets it, but she knows it had to be done. She won't say more.

Vrhonex and her sister Oezys are both genderfluid in part due to their dragon nature, in part due to them being self inserts. As for support, in their world it's such an accepted thing that it's weirder for someone to not accept it.

PLD/BLM/SGE/DRG/WAR were all picked up because of one or another OCs, having said that I am decent at most.
Having said all of that, RPR and DRK are my mains and most of my OCs end up becoming or already were one or the other with few exceptions.

#wolqotd idk if this has been asked before but! have you ever picked up a class in game just because it would fit your wol/oc's narrative better? do you like playing that class or absolutely hate it?

Nex and Oezys both have lorge tails, Des has a medium sized tail though it's long. All three dragons have a nerve cluster above the tail that is sensitive to touch and controls the tail itself. It sooorta means they have a mind of their own but each can exert a certain level of control.

Alyssia has two names, the first was when Nex was younger and still lived in Ishgard. The second was Squawkies cause Nex forgot what she named Alyssia, and in her irritation at the constant concerned squawking over her injuries called Alyssia Squawkies. She answers to both proudly now lol.

Without realizing it at first I crafted lore around Nex being a copper/brass dragon and her partial transformation in Mt. Gulg. All this matters cause FF Ancient Copper Dragon of Mt. Gulg... This was not on purpose at the time but after a while I noticed and rolled with it.
FF XIV rarely misses the opportunity to reference other games in the series, in subtle or oftentimes not very subtle ways. Have you ever made reference to another Final Fantasy title in your WoL/OC's lore?

Without realizing it at first I crafted lore around Nex being a copper/brass dragon and her partial transformation in Mt. Gulg. All this matters cause FF Ancient Copper Dragon of Mt. Gulg... This was not on purpose at the time but after a while I noticed and rolled with it.
Nex can't heal, at all. Her healing has a poison to it that does damage rather than repairs. Besides, the elements refuse to answer, no fair can handle her aether, milpreves overload, and she doesn't understand reading cards to the great frustration of any who tried to teach her.
