When I was a wee smol skunkvali, even at family gatherings, there was a point when dinner was over and all us kids were expected to become scarce. Not because the adults wanted to talk naughty, but because they wanted to talk about adult stuff, like who died and how Aunt Margie was getting on.

but it DOES mean that completely removing any sort of adult sex-positive queer-friendly space from the furry fandom would pretty much kill it.

Furry has been kinky since the beginning as illustrated by these photos from Confurence 1993 (curated by www.instagram.com/d0gfag/) There has always been a demand for adult spaces in furry. The fandom was founded on the idea that adults can use anthro animals and cartoons to express adult interests.
