Expanding the court to 13 justices should be a given. That gives us one for each circuit court.
"We will retroactively annul all pardons that the president made for people who acted criminally in order to benefit the president by act of Congress, and if necessary, expand the Supreme Court until the justices agree that we can do this."
It’s not at the top of my list, but we need to reform the pardon power.

Maybe we can't recall House members, but at a two year term it's not that critical. But, at six years and with only 1/3 of the Senate up at any one time, the ability to recall any Senator should and must be something that is an option.

A quick read of some comment sections, general consensus is that if all it took was 8 Dem senators to vote yes, then this entire thing was the Dems fault.
Good job, way to go. We got exactly nothing and now half the country is pissed off that this happened in the first place.

It’s still fucking weird to take the trash out and hear the “thonnnnng whummmm” of the heat pump starting, feeling the frigid air coming out of the outside unit then going inside to toasty warm air.
