Are there any established good practices/standard advice on mixing Automerge (or CRDTs more generally) and complex querying (e.g. having documents in something like sqlite/pglite and running queries based on their content and relationship/etc)

Using the sidebar bsky.app/profile/vlad... I stumbled on the mention of @en.blueark.app and migrated my historical tweets to Bluesky.
In turn making the sidebar more useful (as it has access to more context now)

I want something Roam-like, but publicly accessible and indexable (& editable)
