The Masala macromolecular modelling suite is out of beta! Updated version 1.0 releases of Masala's Core (github.com/flatironinst...) and Standard Masala Plugins (github.com/flatironinst...) libraries are now available, as is a patch to use Masala with Rosetta 3.15 (github.com/flatironinst...).
