Somewhat happy about the Legacy changes, a little surprised they failed to mention Taimyo or The One Ring at all. But I am extremely disappointed in the PFP for banning the 11th most-played deck on MTG Goldfish with a bad win rate because some midrange players cried enough.

if I was at wotc and needed to start the meeting for legacy bnr, this is how I'd start discussion there
1) Ban Tamiyo
2) Maybe ban Reanimate or Entomb
3) Ban Planar Nexus or The One Ring
4) Maybe ban Nadu
5) Talk about Oops, and see if things break without usea holding it down

Which bit of Oops requires deep rules knowledge? The MDFC lands? The Poxwalkers/Cabal Therapy interaction? The deck is commonly held as a deck that *isn't* hard to play. Discard spells to beat Force/check for graveyard hate and Force of Vigor to beat anything that makes it into play isn't that hard

I think the big gap with Oops is how surface level it is similar to Belcher, so it gets a surface level pass, but in practice its not remotely the same experience. It's much closer to asking "What if every Epic Storm combo line was a 4 mana instant kill"
