Chanterelles are a forager’s dream! But how do you spot them? 🕵️♀️

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿In Scotland, check beneath Scots pine and birch, which share a hidden mycorrhizal partnership underground.

It can be tricky though - fallen birch leaves can look surprisingly similar. Nature’s clever mimicry in action.
