I was a teen in the 90s, consuming the Cyberpunk worlds of Gibson and Sterling. Hacking was about having a deep understanding of the the systems that operate our cities. Having the power to hack traffic lights and office buildings. As an adult, my research is still focused on Cyber-physical systems.
Should I be worried?

Zipongo.com requires that your password is at least 8 characters, but not more than 15. What kind of logic is this?

“each crosswalk signal can be logged into with a phone app and Bluetooth… what may have happened in this case is the signals used the default password from the manufacturer, which is usually simple and easy to guess.”
Seattle crosswalk signals with deepfake Bezos audio may have been hacked with just a cellphone
Instead of the little robotic voice that tells you to wait until it's safe to cross, at least five intersections in Seattle last week played the voice of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. Tech experts say it...

Latest discord/webhook/homelab integration. I implemented `watch` to send command output to my discord server if different once every 10minutes

Currently using it to monitor captures of IoT or unknown devices to identify or reverse engineer them

Worked on a USB project using the RP2040 board this weekend using CircuitPython. CircuitPython is a really nice setup for creating USB devices with the drivers it supports, but I'm needing something more custom. I ordered two Picos to flash MicroPython onto and see if that'll support what I need.

I found this video by KeenOnTech to be really insightful. Typically I manually reverse engineer RF using GnuRadio. This video shows how to speed that up with Universal RF Hacker much faster.

They also go over issues with the FlipperZero and how to deal with them

I think I'm addicted to webhooks. Ever start a long task, I mean full UDP scan long and want to be updated when its done.

Boom, make a simple script that calls a webhook with a basic message and add it to the end of the process.

This weekend I created a script to at least tell me the current state of the configuration.
