La pétition demandant l'abrogation de la loi Duplomb a atteint, dimanche, plus de 800 000 signatures, sur le site de l'Assemblée national. Une des mesures du texte est la réintroduction du pesticide acétamipride. L'initiative ouvre la voie à une discussion sur le bien-fondé de cette loi – mais pas à son réexamen.

Le pape Léon XIV a appelé à mettre fin à la "barbarie" de la guerre à Gaza, dimanche, à la fin de la prière de l'Angélus. Alors qu'un nouveau point de distribution d'aide humanitaire a été visé par des "tirs israéliens" tuant 57 Palestiniens et faisant des dizaines de blessés, selon la Défense civile de la bande de Gaza.

At the initiative of Reporters Without Borders (RSF) and the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), more than 130 international news outlets and press freedom groups – including FRANCE 24, RFI and Monte Carlo Doualiya – on Thursday issued a joint appeal calling for the “immediate, independent and unrestricted” access to Gaza for international journalists. They also called for the “full protection” of the Palestinian journalists working there. Nearly 200 journalists have been killed by the Israeli army in Gaza over the past 20 months.
