Freaking out. My dad's still in hospital after a stroke, not doing well. I feel helpless. Stress off the chart...
And I STILL need to care for my cats. Currently $20/240 for the vet for my boys.

No one will throw you under the bus harder than someone who knows they don’t have a chance of getting you in bed. Its why I quit comedy after 5 years -angry men who had no chance tried to ruin my reputation other ways . Lol.

With a new therapist temprly and she was talking about working with nrvs systems that are functioning as if they are at say a 10 yo olds perspective bc of trauma or whatever and I was happy to give her the perspective of an adoptee- our nervous systems functioning

Being a comedian has always been in my wheelhouse and it has taken me a very long time to let myself believe there is space for me , a late in life non binary lesbian parent and adoptee on a stage behind a mic. But now it’s time! Onward !

Maybe Im crashing out a bit here but I am SO tired of people casually fucking with me and then when they don’t get the reaction they expect I get turned into a horrible person by default. Its happened my entire life and I dont know why its still happening. You can’t know me w/o meeting me.

It doesn’t surprise me that personal big wins these days don’t feel as fulfilling as we expected they would. Its because as empathetic souls we know deep down that individual success in a deeply inequitable society will always ring hollow. No one is free until we are all free.

Wow its almost been 9 years with my boy. 9 years ago when I pulled him from between my legs and onto my chest and as I did I said He is SOoooo CUuuuutteee! 🥰 He had such a great day today and so did I. The gods gave me kids so I could experience unconditional love and Im grateful.
