When youre a nurse and you feel like you cant say or do anything anymore. It feels like everything you do is wrong. Im. So. Burnt. Out. And giving suggestions or reminders to coworkers is apparently a no-no. *sigh*

Sometimes going through therapy is hard, especially when you realize some of your quirks are a coping response to what was learned in an environment to keep yourself "safe". So many realizations.

I highly recommend not dislocating a rib along your sternum. Kinda hurts. I can tell you from experience.

One of my patients- did you know some countries will accept Muslims but not Islamics?
Me- 😒🙄 Sir they're the same thing....
Him- *quickly looking for something to say* well the ones that aren't good!

I totally saw a guy riding his motorcycle, fold his arms behind his head and then proceed to lie back while said motorcycle was in motion. Somehow I don't think that was safe?
