Happy to share our recent article on the on-site identification of specific varieties of oyster mushrooms. rdcu.be/eNcBl
LAMP was used to distinguish the varieties SPOPPO and ALLERPO. To improve the specificity of LAMP it was combined with CRISPR-Cas.
