Glass Beach - Plastic Death (2024) What a cool band this is. This is their 2nd album. I highly recommend checking them out. Wings, Nirvana, Primus, Radiohead, Coheed and Cambria....all the vibes are there in this genre bending group!

No Doubt - Return to Saturn (2000). Tragic Kingdom and this album were the bands peak IMO and very strong albums that incorporate several music genres. I'm not usually 1 to be put off by an artist's political persuasions but MAGA lovin pay to pray Gwen can eat a whole bag o dicks! Still a great 1!

アイランド [Asunojokei] - Island (2022) This was a holy grail album for me. A perfect blend of Shoe Gaze/ Black Metal/Power Metal and dare I say disco....maybe evil disco! If you have never heard it, give it a listen.

1. I'm gutted. He is the last of my childhood icons with Burt Reynolds and Evel Kenievel being the other two. He may not have been a virtuoso but he was the quintessential Rock Star. IMO his spectrum of influence getting people to pick up the guitar is probably the broadest of any player.
