Penny is my full mood for March. Obviously, Trump is the worse, AND his stupid executive orders have personally effected my work and many ways, but also including giving me three weeks instead of 8 for a huge lift in my CDC grant. I’m working EVERY day this month : /

Just an FYI: Medicaid fraud is rarely perpetrated by beneficiaries. The fraudsters are almost always the doctors and CEO's that administer Medicaid. For example: when a doctor charges the government $600 for an $8 breast pump and pockets the cash and the third party administrator takes a cut.
