Blijkbaar is het normaal als mentaal patient dat je gedumpt wordt na 37j dienst. Op het moment dat m'n vrouw de diagnose melanoom kreeg, is er lustig op mij doorgebonkt, en extreme flex gevraagd. Een burnout uitlokken om iemand van de dienst te verwijderen? Maar wij hebben geen rechten?
