Just finished reading Seeds of Resistance: The Fight for Food Diversity on our Climate-Ravaged Planet by Mark Schapiro! Was reading this for my Food Systems and Agriculture class this semester! Massively interesting and easy read even if u dont know anything about food systems! Also my MU is poppin💅🏽

One thing I’ve felt really inspired to do since getting back into school and joining bluesky (as well as our current events) has been to read more! My local bookstore was hosting an event were 20% of their profits go to the local historical village, so I picked up a few books from my list! #booksky

Any tips for Magesty Palm and Pygmy Date Palm care??

We’re repotting our palms w better drainage pots/soil, and while some of my palms are super happy a couple of them (ESPECIALLY the pygmy palm) are recovering from being root-bound from the greenhouse i got them from. Any tips would be helpful!!
