Okay I just figured out why I couldn’t understand that I was being broken up with in my first relationship. When I was a child, I would follow my dad around A LOT, to the point he would get so annoyed and yell at me to “go away”but I never did because I never took it seriously…him telling me to go 🤯

I envy those who find it easy to express their rage publicly. The older I got the more afraid I’ve been w/ confrontation due to the potential leading to having to express anger/rage especially as a black women, people look at you weird when you do, just to laugh at you when you don’t.
